Position Overview:

UNIRANKS is seeking a Country Sales Manager for Jordan. This role involves managing country sales, marketing communications with clients, closing deals, and handling customer inquiries. Please note that UNIRANKS does not have an office in Jordan, and this position will be directly employed by UNIRANKS' Regional Office in Dubai.

Job Brief:

This role requires a strong connection with schools and universities to promote UNIRANKS' line of services that support university rankings and student enrollment. We are looking for a driven, sales-focused, and leadership-driven individual who can develop effective sales strategies to promote growth within Jordan.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies for Jordan.
  2. Implement new sales strategies and provide training on them to other agents.
  3. Generate monthly sales reports.
  4. Work in alignment with KPIs and targets set by executives.
  5. Conduct independent market research and identify new prospects.
  6. Reach out to customers on both cold and warm leads.
  7. Schedule and attend business meetings with potential clients.
  8. Manage all contracts and paperwork associated with deals/sales.
  9. Provide mentorship and training to other sales personnel in Jordan.
  10. Oversee team performance, and set targets, and goals.
  11. Keep executives updated on department performance, prospects, and overall sales growth.

Requirements:

  1. Associate degree in business or a similar field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of previous managerial or supervisory experience.
  3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development.
  4. Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  6. Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.
  7. Resilient and positive attitude.
  8. Team-oriented and goal-driven.
  9. Proficient in computer usage and software.
  10. Good interpersonal and listening skills with a high attention to detail.
  11. Ability to multitask.
